WikiMarathon is dedicated to expanding and improving the Uzbek-language Wikipedia by empowering volunteers to create, translate, and enhance free, reliable knowledge. Organized by the Youth Affairs Agency of Uzbekistan, the project encourages young people, students, educators, and the wider community to contribute high-quality articles that make information more accessible in Uzbek.

By bringing together people who are passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, WikiMarathon helps preserve the Uzbek language online, strengthens digital literacy, and supports the growth of an open knowledge ecosystem that benefits everyone.
