Mezonly
Turning Uzbekistan's Labor Code into rights every worker can actually understand.
Legal Literacy for workers
Uzbekistan rewrote its entire Labor Code in 2022, but almost nobody outside a law office has read it. Workers accept unfair firings, unpaid overtime, or denied leave because they don't know what the law actually gives them. The explainers that exist either water the law down until it's useless or bury people in citations they can't parse. Mezonly.uz exists to fix that. It's a free platform that turns the Labor Code into plain language for four groups — private-sector employees, vulnerable and special groups, jobseekers, and government workers — without dropping a single article number
Every claim on Mezonly links to a specific, lex.uz-verified article. Nothing is AI-generated, and that's the reason the Youth Agency of Uzbekistan, the ILO, and UNDP have taken the project seriously. The platform is bilingual in Uzbek and Russian. A Telegram Mini App is in development too, since roughly 80% of Uzbek internet users live inside Telegram. The Labor Code guide is just the starting point for what Mezonly can become as a brand.
