AEGIS MUN exists because we believe every delegate deserves more than what they pay for. Too many conferences treat delegates as a source of revenue first and participants second — charging high fees while cutting corners on quality, comfort, and experience. We serve high school and university students in Tashkent who want a conference where their money is matched by real value: strong committees, genuine diplomacy, and an experience worth every som they spend.

AEGIS MUN was founded by a team of 10 students who saw something troubling happening in the MUN scene around us: conferences were losing quality, and delegates were becoming an afterthought. We didn't want to just complain about it — we wanted to build the alternative. AEGIS is our answer: a place built around the delegates themselves, where every detail is designed to give them something extraordinary — experiences, connections, and moments they won't find at an ordinary conference. That founding frustration is still what drives every decision we make.
